Parents Next
ParentsNext helps eligible parents to plan and prepare for employment by the time their children go to school, Participants will get help to:
- Identify education and employment goals
- Develop a pathway to achieve their goals
- Combine preparing for work with parenting responsibilities
- Access activities and services in the local community.Â
Participants in the Intensive Stream may be able to access a range of other support including a participation fund, wage subsidies and relocation assistance.
What we do
National Joblink (NJL) is a premier registered training organisation which has served the Tasmanian Community for the past 30 years. We are now operating throughout Queensland, and the Northern Territory. Over the years we have offered a diverse range of services to the community. We are a not-for-profit organisation that is owned by the community.
NJL is Community Based Not-for-Profit Public Company and is also a Registered Charity.

Transition to Work (TtW)
TTW provides intensive support for young people between 15 & 24 to help them into work or education. NJL is the TTW Provider in Northern and North-West Tasmania as well as Rockhampton and Gladstone in QLD.

Career Transition Assistance (CTA)
NJL are delivering the Career Transition Assistance (CTA) program throughout Tasmania. The CTA Program has been developed to assist mature age job seekers become more competitive in their local labour market.
